How to know when there is a chnage in DataBase

Hi

Is this possible . I have a table in my Oracle Database .My requirement is that whenever there is a change in the table (For example a new row is inserted or any existing data has been updated ) . I want to execute a event . Is this possible ??

Yes Trigger is the best option for this.
