Is it true that girls like music players or it is just a myth?

Are you talking about a walkman or a musician

Lots of guys learn to play the electric guitar just to be in a band so the women will throw themselves at them.

Smart folks I know recommend playing Bass Guitar, its easier that lead, and you have more time to smile at the pretty women.

Usually the lead singer has to be "handsome" to get that role, more so than being able to sing. The guitar players usually have to have some talent, so they can be more normal looking.

You are so silly. This is a developers forum. I bet the ratio is 90 guys to ever 10 girls, or worse, maybe 99 to 1.

I tried that. I can play guitar now, but that other thing never really worked...

My wife and my daughter are both seriously tech savvy, professional developers, etc.

But as a generality, women are rare on these forums, even if they are geeks.
