Rich:tooltip JSF Problem

Dear All:

I have been trying to get my data from server for my tooltip on mouse over but whenver i make mouse over then it go to the server and populate all the properties but not re rendering the tooltip with update data even i tried to defined a static data but its also not working with that i think there must be some problem with my tooltip...

When i just move my mouse over link it shows me the red colored text.also enclosed image
