I am really very new to and excited about JAVA. I passed my SCJA exam over a month ago but so far I am not able to log into the CertManager site and I have received no snail mail certificate or correspondence from Sun. I have tried twice to contact the Prometric center I took the test at and e-mailed Sun directly this past week but received no reply from either. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining but, How long should it take to receive my Certificate? or how should I proceed if I can't get anywhere with Sun. I'm now looking forward to studying for the SCJP and the Web development I plan to pursue. Thank You!

If you still have the score report then you can go to Sun CertDatabase and click "first time user" to create the profile. In there you can see the status of your certificate (eg if the cert is mailed). By doing this you will need the Prometric ID, test center code and test date.
To any other greenhorns out there like me, I did finally receive my certification kit from Sun today. I took a little over eight weeks for Sun to get me entered into the CertManager site, but once that happened, it only took three days to receive my Certificate in the mail. Thanks to everyone who responded to my initial message!
