cant load the admin console in glassfish v3

Hi ,
I cant run the admin console "http://localhost:4848/login.jsf" for the glassfish v3, it keeps saying "admin console is loading " for a very log time , i cant find any exceptions in the console , i reinstalled it but this didnt solve the problem.
My java is 1.6.16 , OS windows XP , glassfishv3..

any recommendations ?

@ sherif using both jdk1.6.0_17 and netbeans 6.8 will solve the problem isA

Hey, it works. To be honest I can't believe it. can you explain why ? If in any case a java application require java 6, I think it is normal if we can't run it using Java 5. But in this case, the different maybe in the term of update number, yet it makes huge differences.

I just tried to disable the firewall and all went fine !! so i think there is a specific component was blocked with the firewall ...
