JMS problem with ActiveMQ

When i start the ActiveMQ, it gives me the same error message each 10 seconds:

INFO| Database D:\ActiveMQ 5.3.0\bin\..\data\kahadb\lock is locked... waiting 10 seconds for the database to be unlocked. Reason: java.io.IOException: File 'D:\ActiveMQ 5.3.0\bin\..\data\kahdb\lock' could not be locked.

Does anybody know what is happening?
