I am new in hibernate, i want to run simple hibernate program but some following error,
please help me, How to solve following error.
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.Environment).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
The dialect was not set. Set the property hibernate.dialect.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at roseindia.tutorial.hibernate.FirstExample.main(FirstExample.java:42)
