New to struts.. Help plz..

Just started working on struts in jdeveloper. First thing i'm trying is Thomas paul's ex
I did everything as explained, but i couldn't see the login page. Plz help.
Error:
404 Not Found
Resource /login/WEB-INF/jsp/LoginView.jsp not found on this server

JSPs should not be in WEB-INF. Any file you want to directly access from your browser should not be in that folder.

I moved jsp from web-inf.

I'm also getting same error.Can pls tell me wat is the cause for that class not found error.

hope it is not under correct folder structure
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
