In India, Bangalore has become the hot city for all type of IT professional. There are lot of Job Openings for Business Development Manager in Wep Solutions India Ltd Bangalore, Executive - ERP support A client of Career Options Bangalore and Java - SSE Client of Live Connections Bangalore. Though all are saying it is a recession time, I like to know whether it is the right time to have career change? I am have applied job by http://www.careersvalley.com/jobs-in-bangalore but still i am in confusion to switch over the next job.

Can any one suggest me?

Is there a question in this? Because, in the absence of that, this post looks more like an advertisement than a question or a discussion.

i do see few posts like advertisements specially of banking /finance. For example, they are paying me X salary but i am not happy so to retain me they are offering Y. like this Job Market .... looks like advertisement.

No. I think that is a valid question and those kind of questions are asked quite often in this forum.

But here, in this thread, the OP has modified his original post *after* I posted my reply. His original post only included the link to some website and described how that website can help you to get a job. That's the reason I said it looked like an advertisement.
