We don't usually do that. One of the reasons the JavaRanch exists is that it allows not only for a single user to ask questions and (hopefully) get answers, but to make those answers available for the general benefit of others, as well. In fact, we're currently working on mechanisms that will allow people to explicitly flag useful solutions.


Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
