Jdialog issue

I want to create a dialog. When that dialog opens after that if any app open then that should not go behind my dialog.
It work just like startup bar in windows (all application adjust there spacing on size of that tab)

how to achieve this in JDialog

Check out isAlwaysOnTop(), isAlwaysOnTopSupported() and setAlwaysOnTop(), all methods in java.awt.Window and therefore inherited by JDialog.
