Not able to register with certification database

Hi,

I have cleared scjp on Nov 2009,I have a score card, till now i have not received my Original certificate.
I am not able to register for certification database using info. like first name,last name, registration number etc.
Any one can please tell me what should i do to register with certification database and How much time does it take to get original certificate.

You should've received your certificate by now. Contact the people at sun via email. As far as the certification database goes, your information is added to that database within 2-3 days of passing the exam. Where did you try to register and did you enter the correct details that they asked, they also ask for the center ID where you gave the exam which is written on the score card that you have...

I tried to register through the link provided in the score card (ie, http://www.certmanager.net/sun/ ) and i entered the exact details which are there in my score card.
For your kind information i have tried to contact on mail as well ,but i couldn't get any reply.

Try to contact Sun in India as given here. Otherwise try to contact the prometric center where you gave the exam if they can help...
