Still not receive my certificate

I passed the exam on 11th Dec,

because I still haven't receive my certificate.

I check the certificate database, the certificate have not been mailed.

I emailed Prometric, who told me to contact Sun directly,

then I emailed both [e-mail] and [e-mail], and received no any replies.

what should i do, something wrong with my certificate???

I am very worry. somebody tell me what to do please
