I manage a distributed team in a virtual company. We all work remotely and never get the chance to work face-to-face. Are there any "thinking tools" techniques from your book that you would recommend specifically for teams that work remotely and can't all get together in one room?
I've been thinking about your question, and I'm afraid that I'm not really sure that I have any particularly helpful things to suggest over and above the "usual" collaboration tools that I'm sure you already have in place (video conferencing, screen sharing, etc).
Sorry that it's not a very helpful answer, but I didn't want to just bullshit :-)
