facing a problem while deploying jsf application on bea weblogic 10.0

i am doing a POC using Spring Framework 3 and eclipseLink2.0 and Jsf1.2 and the database is sybase while my application is working fine on the glassfish V2 when i try to deploy it on Bea i found the exception

Looks like it can't create the Peristence Unit. Probably have some error in your configuration, either the persistence.xml or in your bean definition using the JPA Factory Bean LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean.

The exception stack trace you posted isn't showing the full stack trace. The full stack trace should be in your weblogic's log file.
