Hi All,

I assume ModelDriven is a relation between Action and the JavaBean model (i.e in struts1 Action and ActionForm) am i right?

If i am right what is the purpose of removing ActionForm and introducing this modeldriven with interceptors???

ActionForm is a Struts-specific class. ModelDriven allows the use of *any* class, making things easier to test, easier to use outside of Struts, and so on.

making things easier to test, easier to use outside of Struts

test as in JUnit et al? what's so easier then?

Outside of struts meaning say with a jsf or CGI et al

kindly clarify.... thanks...
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
