Realtime project experience.

hi friends i need a realtime project experience.
I have good knowlegdge in core java ,jsp,servlets,Eclipse Ide is this enough to participate in a real time project is this knowledge enough or do i have to learn struts,ejb,springs,hibernate...? what is the further step i have to follow to gain real time project experience ?

it is enough . and choose a web server like tomcat .[I assume you have some knowledge on SQL]
