Senior Erlang Developer Nimbuzz Core Team
Location: Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the development of the very core of the Nimbuzz architecture, the ejabberd XMPP server cluster and its bridges into the database and the Nimbuzz services. To tune, resolve bugs and improve ejabberd and its bridges. To build new features.

Job Dimension:

You will be working as part of the Nimbuzz development team. You will be designing, developing and debugging Erlang programs and to a lesser extend Java and C programs.


5+ years of experience as programmer is a must.
BSc Computer Sciences or equivalent degree is a must.
Ejabberd experience is a huge pre.
Development experience with a functional programming language is a pre.
Erlang experience is a big pre.
Java experience is a pre.
C experience is a pre.
Unix/Linux Experience is a pre.
Scrum experience is a pre.

Technical Competencies:
