Hi,

In my application mule framework is used. In the configuration file mule_endpoinds.xml, I found endpoints having values starting with vm:// or jms://.

Hi Salil,

These are known as endpoints. The vm:// URI will connect to a service in the same VM. The JMS URI will connect to a Queue or Topic somewhere on your network.

Have a read over this
