What is the best resource to start preparation for SCWCD 5??
is HFSJ cover all SCWCD 5 objectives?

Pretty much, but the Bridgewater book is good too.

HFSJ does cover everything

and the mock exam at the end is also very useful

How good is the Ethuware software ? interms of relative toughness when compared to the actual scwcd exam ?
Am I right in assuming that HFSJ along with those tests are more than enough resources to get certified ?
