TOC and excerpts from the book

Fellow Ranchers,
This isn't a question, but I think it's a useful post anyway. I always like to see the table of contents (TOC) for a book but Amazon doesn't list it, so here's a link to the book's page from the publisher: http://pragprog.com/titles/tpdsl/language-implementation-patterns.

BTW, in addition to the full table of contents there's also several excerpts from the book available on the same page.
