WebLogic collaboration portlets: Localization/Internationalization

Hi,
I am very new at weblogic, and trying to build a portal with WLP 10.3.
I could able to use Calendar and Discussion portlets by following the doc/pdfs that I found from the oracle's site.

Now I need to localize the portlets (interface texts of calendar and discussion portlets) into my language.

Any help please?
