I don't think the voucher are transferrable any more. These prometric people will book the voucher against the Unique ID proof and address proof. If you don't produce those document, you are not allowed to take the exam. So Stop looking for the voucher

Is it difficult to purchase voucher directly from prometric centers? What was the necessity to look for vouchers outside the actual path of acquiring it?

I was thinking if the voucher is transferable then sometimes you get it for cheaper than buying from Prometric. But it seems that is not possible now.
