HI,
I have a third party ocx which i would like to use in our java application

can i use JNI here?
If yes then can anyone give me some helloworld sample or set of steps to follow.

I expect you could use JNI for that, yes.

But what's this basic information you're asking about? If you want a JNI tutorial then your google keywords are jni tutorial. If on the other hand you want information about how to access the OCX from your C++ code, or whatever language you chose for your JNI code, that's more of a question about the OCX, isn't it?
