I have a problem trying to get my Java EE 6 test setup working according to http://blog.arungupta.me/2009/08/totd-99-creating-a-java-ee-6-application-using-mysql-jpa-2-0-and-servlet-3-0-with-glassfish-tools-bundle-for-eclipse/
In my case I use Eclipse instead of Netbeans.

I have installed Eclipse 3.4.1, GlassFish v3 Java EE 6, MySQL 5.1 and have the sakila connection set up in database perspective. Here I can see the tables alright.

In project facets I have Java persistence (v 1.0) enabled set up with my connection to the sakila databse. I have two entitites Film and Language set up in persisence.xml
and these are read from Servlet class.

When I deploy and try to run the servlet I get following error :

What is the problem? Is my MySQL running in SSL mode? when I check this with mysq --help I get ssl = false. I have also tried to start mysqld-nt.exe with --skip-ssl with same
result. Is this a Glassfish, JPA or Mysql problem, any guesses?
