What is the url required for the jdbc connection between Oracle 10g and JDK 1.6.

And just brief through the initial procedures to be done for the connection like changing the class path and etc..

Download Oracle driver from here:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/index.html
Try driver for Oracle 11g, it is compatible with earlier versions of DBMS.
And read attached documentation - you will find basics in the README file.
