Enable/Disable a Button

I have one Textbox(postalCode), one drop down menu(respondingFireHall) and a Button(Find Rating Territory). When I remove the value from the textbox and then change the value of select Menu to default value (“Select one”) and hit enter the button should be disabled. When we put the value back to the text box and change the drop down to other value rather that default the button becomes Enable.

I have successfully done the part when we remove the value from the text box the and hit enter the button becomes Disable and if we put the value back to the textbox and hit enter the button becomes Enable.

But when I tried to add the drop down menu part the removeAttr() part is not working. I would appreciate if someone can help me.
