Hello Ed and Chris,
I enjoyed reading your definitive book on JSF 1.2. Your new book on JSF 2.0 is on my must-read list.
My question is that does your book provide a migration path/checklist to upgrade from JSF 1.2 to JSF 2.0?
Also is there any real advantage to upgrade since we are already using RichFaces for ajax support and for components.
My current project is using JSF 1.2 and RichFaces and we would like to upgrade.
However we need to perform a complete analysis so as to not break a working project.
Regards
Kiran

The book does include some migration content sprinkled throughout but
does not have a dedicated section on migration issues. I would like to
point out that the Oracle Mojarra release notes
https://javaserverfaces.dev.java.net/nonav/rlnotes/2.0.2/migration.html
has some very solid content on migration.
