Did not receive certificates

Hi all,

I have finished my exams on 17 th nov 2009. I got cleared as well with 72 % marks. it almost 10 weeks over but still i couldnt received certificates.

I checked sun database sight there history tab says i am cleared exam and i contact with pro metric center as well they are saying they have fulfilled all proc needed.

As per database website i send mail to [e-mail] regarding this before 2 weeks only. but i did not receive any help on this.

Can anyone suggest me what to do in this case?
