What should my salary be given my 11 yrs of experience?

having 11 yrs of exp, how much salary and position/designation can be expected.
I am going for HR discussions in couple of days time. Please give your thoughts.

Be patient. Provide more details like which country are you and this new role located in, what is your current role, what role are you interviewing for?

the salary and position/designation would depend largely on the company's requirements and how well you fit into them.

You could be an architect with 11 years experience or a developer / tester / QA lead / etc etc. Hard to say what salary you can expect when we have no details. Please provide us with more data.
