Did they added a better way to parameterized the Method?? something like the JBoss-EL



or to create constructor args Bean with JSF something like Spring IoC does?

Regarding calling out to methods from EL - this is addressed by the new maintenance release of JSR-245.

Also, you can go straight to the source and read the EL part of the latest JSP specification (2.2), which covers these new features.
