8-10+ years of Object-Oriented software engineering experience; strong knowledge of design patterns, MVC, etc.
6+ years of experience working with a broad range of Java web and client/server technologies and tools like Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Struts/WebWork, Stripes, Web Services, JDBC,JMS core Java, etc combined with Database design and Development using Oracle or other RDBMS.- Experience designing and developing complex commercial software products or services through multiple releases.- Should have strong experience in developing applications using BEA Weblogic,Websphere or JBoss Application servers
- Agile or Lean development experience, test driven development, Scrum is a plus.
- Any experience designing and developing Rich Internet Applications using AJAX is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills, used to working on collaborative teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must be creative and enjoy learning and utilizing new technologies, frameworks, and tools
