how to execute jar file in mobile?

i am working on netbeans 6.8.
I made an application in it and when I transfered it's jar and jad file in mobile, it's not working.
What steps should i follow.
Then I have right clicked on it and in properties i go to deploying and selected the nokia terminal method as a deploying method.
and after clicking on OK, i again right clicked on it and did "deploy".
But it generated error that coonAPI.dll is not found and deploy aborted.

So, can anyone please suggest me how to run that file in mobile (nokia3110).
it's working perfectly fine in emulator.
