Where to contact Prometric about unused vouchers?

Anyboy know how to contact Prometric about supposedly expired vouchers... Tried who2contact@sun.com, but they clearly demonstrate the "globalization impact of huge non-personal processing centers" by producing nonse cut-n-paste answes or... no answers at all.

The issue is that I've purchased a certification - never personally received a "voucher" (I can vouch on that!) - never received "notice about expiration" - but when I wanted to upload my assignment, I found out that I couldn't...

Anybody with a link to an "individual thinking" person at Prometric ?

We are in INDIA.here vouchers had a date and that sounds Duration of validity.Please confirm your purchasing Date then calculate validity if you purchase at
Prometric.If place differs validity I am not sure about that?

I apologize if I'm not making myself clear on this. The issue is that I'm not satisfied with the cut'n paste response from who2contact@sun.com - and blind ignoring of email - and I would like to know how to contact prometric by another email, where somebody will be able to communicate in a 'human' way using the english language.

I never received a voucher. I originally got an email saying that payment was accepted and I was cleared to upload my assignment. So no help reading off a voucher here, I'm afraid.

A long time back, I had contacted Prometric on two email ids: suncert@thomson.com and SunCert@Prometric.com. But, this was more than 3 years ago and I'm not sure if the ids are valid anymore. Do give it a try though.

thanks a lot for quick reply. I've also submitted an email request for an email adddress to 'a senior manager' at their website front end. Gotta have an end to this. Submitting loads of emails, which are being ignored is just time wasted for a paying customer....

Stig Val, are you sure it's a year since you downloaded your assignement? I think the problem is that you need to request rights by email to SunCert@Prometric.com It's weird but without them system does not allow to upload anything.
