I want to start my SCBCD preparation.
Just wanna know which app server is best to run all kinds of EJBs (session,entity and especially MDBs)

According to your system configuration you can choose application server of your choice. There are many available like Glassfish, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss AS etc.
It's your choice and requirement of specification

Use JBoss 5.1.0 GA release. Seems good!
