I'm looking for good books about JEE Scalability and Clustering, e.g. EJB Scalability, Servlet Scalability, JEE AppServer Clustering, Patterns for scalable JEE Applications...

I would start with Sun's J2EE design patterns.. There is a book that goes with it, but it from 2003.

Ok - the J2EE design patterns cover patterns for scalable applications. But what about books about JEE Application Server scalability + clustering?
