Need Help in finding a job in Sinapore.(4 years .NET (C#,ASP.NET,AJAX,JavaScript)

Hii all..,
I'm very new to this forum,from INDIA(Bangalore), and this is my first post .Actually im planning to swith to another job as i've been working in the current company since 3.5 years.

I want to work in S'pore so trying to find a job over there .I read in one post the work culture is very hectic it seems and 've to work for 70 to 75 hours per week

. Is that True??

I request you all Kindly suggest me that its good or bad suggestion to come to S'pore as im enjoying the work very much in india.And i also request you kindly tell me how much i can get it there in S'pore for my experience i.e. 4 years of experience in .NET.
