Jade Android development

I was thinking to start to develop some simple Intelligent Agent for Android, but I have some doubts and still cannot find some answers to my questions.

1. I would like to develop executable version of, so to say shopping bot, I would like that Android user install program, and to put some data in knowledge database (for example some products which they want to trek). Then when visiting websites with offers, agent should give them a best offer. Does that kind of program already exist, what is the name, and where on the Internet I could find source code ?

2. Where I could find source code for agents, shopping bots, and spiders on net ?

3. Approximately how much time is need for developing such a program ?
