How to use java.util.logging.Handler class?

I want to understand this class better. (java.util.logging.Handler) Can anybody help me with some suggestions or links?

btw, here is a tutorial on how to use logging in java:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/logging/overview.html

I would also suggest you try logging libraries such as log4j that give you better configuration support and functionality.
