How can i take date input in text field by using calender object in java GUI.

What are you looking for? A component that allows you to select dates? If so, there are two ways to go:
1) a JSpinner with a SpinnerDateModel.
2) a third party (i.e. not provided by Sun) calendar, like JCalendar

Suppose i hava a java interface with text field along with a button.When i press button,a small calender apear in GUI where i can choose date and the date set in text field.
