Form action defaulting to 'action' attribute's literal value

Hi everyone,
I am new in struts 2.0
just developed my own application

This is my web.xml:-



struts.xml:-



This warning is given by the console of eclipse

WARNING: No configuration found for the specified action: 'TenderAction' in namespace: ''. Form action defaulting to 'action' attribute's literal value.

Unable to figure out the error.........Please Help.........

The JSP code and the URL you're using to get to the form in the first place would be helpful.

Without knowing more, I'd guess you're trying to get to the JSP without going through an action first.
