Page scope object

In one of simulator mock question I found question about page scope implicit objects. Which of those:

request, session, pageContext, out, response, application, config

are implicit objects with page scope?

The question is not clear (to me at least). Page Scope refers to the scope to store objects just like request score or session scope. The pageContext object (which is an instance of PageContext) actually contains references to other objects like request, session out etc...
