hi,
I h'v been working on tomcat for 3yrs, primarily on connection pooling, security, logging, performance etc.
What else should I show i.e. putting it more precisely, what are the topics that are more in demand that I may use in resume to get a good job offer from other companies.

What kind of applications were you supporting? How important were they to the business? How about some specifics in how you made things better?

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
