how to conncet server using xml socket communication in android ?

Hi friends,

i want to connect with server using xml socket communication but i don't know how to connect ,if any relative links or further information accepted greatly , is there any other ways to connect server in android please tell me ...any suggestions are accepted..

What do you have on the server side to support a connection? A HTTP server would be perfect since you can make a HttpURLConnection.
