MapBacked ActionForms and DynaActionForm

When do we use MapBacked ActionForms and DynaAction Forms. Can we not have map values in DynaAction Form ? Also I feel DynaActionForms are more simpler to use compared to MapBacked ActionForms

Trying to re phrase the question :

Also any good websites where i can understand the three types of forms , the datatypes they take, when to usethem etcc.. namely :

1. ActionForm
2. DynaActionForm
3. MapBackedActionForm
