I am new to struts..Can anobosy suggest me the best site and book to start with Struts..
Also I want to know Can I start with Struts2 instead of going through Struts1?

I would recommend you to learn Struts 2 instead of Struts 1. Struts 1 is very old now, and you don't need knowledge of Struts 1 to learn Struts 2. Checkout Struts Faq for a list of resources of both Struts 1 and 2...
