Dear Friends
In the result database I saw today "SCEA part 3 - P, score 0".
Can you please let me know does it mean I have cleared both part 2 and 3 or I should wait for Part 2 result?

Based on my experience, it looks like you've passed. There's only one result for both Part 2 & 3.

It explicitly says pass or fail. And you get both results at the same time, not one at a time.
