First, have a look at the Java Ranch FAQ: http://faq.javaranch.com/view It will explain how to ask proper questions, how to select the proper forum, etc.

When you are ready, view the forum and click on the New Topic button at the top of the page.

Good luck and Welcome to Java Ranch!
