Hey everybody, i need some advices... I have a project , very simple, using J2SE, i need to make a program wich connects to a bar code scanner wireless and with the info of the bar codes, make some operations in other app J2EE

Wich technologies should i use on my app J2SE ?

Welcome to JavaRanch. Your question is hard to answer, because we don't know anything about it besides the one line description that you give.

First, find out how the interface with the barcode scanner works. What wireless protocol does it use? What kind of interface does it use to communicate with programs running on the computer? I know there are barcode scanners that work just like a keyboard, you scan a barcode and the scanner sends digits (and letters) to the computer as if they were typed in on a keyboard. No idea how that works with your wireless scanner.

And how you need to send the data to the Java EE application also depends on what interfaces that application has.
