Hello,
first of all, please look at these APIs. 1. apache pdfbox; 2. icepdf; 3. adobe pdf library

Chose one of the APIs, in accordance with your selection, develop a business logic.

Cheers,
Oleg.

Are you asking how to convert the PDF into HTML so that it can be part of a JSP page? Normally a web app would just provide a link to the PDF, and then the user/browser would determine what to do with it.

As an aside, what do you mean by "view the ... files in the pdf"? PDFs can contain images, but not arbitrary files.

As others have eluded, how a user views a PDF is a personal choice. If your application just serves the PDF, the client's browser will provide the file to the user in the way the user wants it.

If you try to force your design on the user, you're likely to just make your users angry.
